Responsibilities of Deli Associate:

• Continuously strive to offer superb guest service, catering to all their needs
• Connecting with our guests to identify their wishes and demands to support them in formulating their meal selections
• Staying informed about the range of products and special deals available in the store and cooperating with various departments to support customers
• Ensure a welcoming shopping environment by strategically placing and replenishing our merchandise and unique items throughout the day, as well as attending to nearby customers
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot and aid in maintaining the store's cleanliness
• Following The Fresh Market guidelines for the reception and storage of items in a compliant manner
• Slice and arrange various meats, cheeses, and convenient meal choices in the department throughout the day, while upholding the quality of products
• Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to the established uniform expectations

Qualifications of Deli Associate:

• A fervent desire to offer extraordinary levels of service
• In order to make transactions at our Deli, customers must ensure they are above 18 years of age
