Role and Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Worker, you will help maintain smooth warehouse operations and accurate order fulfillment. Your responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to assist in distribution center functionality.
- Select and pack orders accurately and safely using directed methods.
- Wrap and prepare completed store orders for shipment.
- Load shipments onto trucks efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
- Receive products from vendors and prepare items for outbound pick and pack processes.
- Replenish products to primary and secondary bin locations as needed.
- Cut, move, and open merchandise cases for restocking.
- Complete daily paperwork, records, and documentation without errors.
- Read orders to identify catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and merchandise quantities.
- Obtain merchandise from bins and shelves while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise regularly.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control and order selection processes.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
