Warehouse Worker

Kroger is seeking Warehouse Worker to support the efficient flow of merchandise in and out of our distribution centers. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving product, filling store orders, monitoring inventory, and ensuring product accuracy and quality. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Worker, you will help maintain smooth warehouse operations and accurate order fulfillment. Your responsibilities include:

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to assist in distribution center functionality.
• Select and pack orders accurately and safely using directed methods.
• Wrap and prepare completed store orders for shipment.
• Load shipments onto trucks efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Receive products from vendors and prepare items for outbound pick and pack processes.
• Replenish products to primary and secondary bin locations as needed.
• Cut, move, and open merchandise cases for restocking.
• Complete daily paperwork, records, and documentation without errors.
• Read orders to identify catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and merchandise quantities.
• Obtain merchandise from bins and shelves while maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise regularly.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control and order selection processes.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
