Role and Responsibilities:

As a Grocery Dairy Stocker, you will manage the stocking, organization, and quality of dairy products, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.

• Stock and organize dairy products on shelves and displays efficiently.
• Regularly check product quality and promptly remove expired or damaged items.
• Assist customers in finding dairy products and answer their questions.
• Keep refrigerators, freezers, and the dairy area clean and well-organized.
• Follow company guidelines for product handling, safety, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with other department clerks and store staff to support daily operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and help with restocking as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to safely lift and move dairy products up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in refrigerated conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grocery or retail settings is advantageous but not required.
