Job Summary of Store Admin:

This role plays a key part in managing store operations during closing hours to ensure a safe, clean, and well organized environment that supports an excellent customer experience. The Closer supports store leadership by maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, managing expenses, and overseeing backroom and merchandising activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Admin:

• Perform full store management responsibilities as needed during closing shifts.
• Manage and uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures through efficient use of supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of the grocery backroom to facilitate product rotation and maximize associate productivity.
• Maintain and execute the company sign program, merchandise weekly distributions, seasonal products, shelf stocking, and sale item ordering.
• Provide a positive and safe environment for customers and associates during closing hours.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Admin:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of grocery retail management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, delegation, leadership, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.
