Through the provision of comprehensive training and supervision to new team members regarding equipment usage and safety measures, they ensure compliance with operational protocols and the effective management of inventory, stocking, and display procedures.

Responsibilities of Bakery Team Manager:

• Direct the processes involved in ordering, receiving, and inventory control for deli and bakery goods
• Direct, educate, and manage the deli-bakery clerks and workforce
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a professional approach
• Accomplish targets for sales, workforce deployment, and performance standards
