Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of Starbucks beverages and food items with precision and speed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately and engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks counter and equipment.
• Stock and replenish Starbucks products and supplies as needed.
• Follow all Starbucks recipes and procedures to ensure consistent drink quality.
• Address customer questions and concerns politely and efficiently.
• Work cooperatively with fellow Safeway team members to support store operations.
• Take pride in your work, whether it's perfectly steaming milk or neatly arranging displays.
• Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the store when necessary to help the team.
