Job Description:

Stock Pickers are responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient selection of damage free product. You will help fill our stores' orders, meet delivery schedules, and promote customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have between 0 and 6 months of relevant experience
• Familiarity with using electric pallet jacks is advantageous
• Having a high school diploma is not a prerequisite for this educational opportunity
• Mandate for lifting objects: Cap set at 100 pounds
• The minimum age for this requirement is 18 years old

Job Responsibilities:

• Being adept at numeration is crucial.
• Utilize a voice-operated warehouse management system for accurately identifying products by aligning slot numbers with respective descriptions.
• Transfer containers up to 100 pounds in weight from designated areas to pallets, making sure to lift them from various positions including ground, shoulder, and overhead levels.
• Uphold and reach established productivity benchmarks.
• Organize sturdy and well-balanced arrangements of pallet loads by incorporating different sizes and weights of cases to ensure safe shipping without any harm.
• Secure and organize finished pallets of selected products with shrink-wrap in the designated shipping lanes for loading efficiency.
• Provide supervisors with regular updates on safety issues, equipment maintenance, damaged goods, and any challenges that arise.
• Be willing to accommodate the company's production needs by being flexible in your scheduling and availability for various shifts and work hours.
• Uphold all company policies, protocols, and safety regulations, which encompass safely operating equipment and aiding in the maintenance of a clean, secure working environment.
• Abide by the appropriate procedures for ensuring the safety of food.
• Undertake diverse assignments in the warehouse as deemed appropriate.
