Responsibilities of Bakery Team Member:

• Provide continuous attention to customer needs and satisfaction.
• Greet, assist, and thank customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Offer product suggestions and information to help customers make selections.
• Stock and rotate bakery products to ensure freshness and availability.
• Operate bakery equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the bakery area in a clean, orderly, and hazard-free condition.
• Monitor product quality, appearance, and labeling for accuracy.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing bakery deliveries.
• Notify management of any equipment issues, safety concerns, or policy violations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications of Bakery Team Member:

• It is necessary for individuals to have turned 18
• Meeting the standards for pre-hiring drug testing and background examination.
• Skilled in managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction with services.
• Outstanding interpersonal, motivational, and communication capabilities.
• Observe company guidelines while utilizing bakery devices such as slicers, ovens, weighing scales, knives, carton cutters, and price guns.
