Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will help build customer loyalty by maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent service. Core duties include:

• Welcome, assist, and thank customers promptly with courtesy and professionalism.
• Provide product suggestions to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and accurate date control.
• Use supplies efficiently to minimize waste and control costs.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while reporting hazards or equipment concerns to management.
• Report theft, shoplifting, unauthorized discounts, or policy violations to management.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Capability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
