Job Summary of Courtesy Team Associate:

As a Courtesy Team Associate, you will be a customer service ambassador. While properly handling and bagging shoppers groceries,youll be focused on delivering extraordinary customer service.Whether youre helping someone find a product in the store, gathering carts from the outdoors, or sweeping or picking up a spill, you are the face of Sprouts to our customers.We look for a friendly and outgoing attitude in addition to an understanding of what it means to be on a team and its positive impacts.Many team members start their careers in this role and are promoted to other positions throughout the store in one of our many departments.If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements of Courtesy Team Associate:

• The minimum acceptable age is 16 years old
• Dependable and reliable
• Demonstrate a friendly and outgoing disposition when interacting with others
• Adopting a constructive attitude and the knack to engage with our customers is indispensable
• Demonstrate the ability to accommodate a flexible timetable that shifts in response to the company's evolving circumstances
• Abide by the Front End guidelines and foster a harmonious work environment by cooperating with other Team Members storewide
