Job Summary of Meat / Produce Team Associate:

This role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked Fresh department. Responsibilities include handling and rotating merchandise, adhering to food safety standards, and ensuring the displays are well-maintained throughout the day. A strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising is essential to ensure a quality experience for customers in the fresh food area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Meat / Produce Team Associate:

• Move incoming merchandise from storage to the salesfloor in a timely and organized maer.
• Ensure all Fresh area displays are fully stocked, neat, and visually appealing.
• Rotate stock regularly to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Comply with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the proper handling of perishable goods.

Qualifications and Experience of Meat / Produce Team Associate:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in refrigerated areas and lift, move, or handle merchandise regularly.
• Comfortable working mid-shift and closing hours.
• Previous experience in retail, grocery, or food handling preferred but not required.

Salary:

Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour. Additional compensation includes performance based incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
