• Support the day-to-day activities in every store department through learning and assistance
• Contribute to enhancing the store's performance, including both operational and human resource aspects
• Implement scheduling solutions to optimize workforce management and meet company objectives
• Ensure adherence to security, maintenance, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Oversee inventory management and ordering functions
• Undertake administrative and human resources duties
