Online Order Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support store operations by fulfilling online customer orders while maintaining the service and quality standards of Whole Foods Market. Your responsibilities include:

• Accurately fulfill customer grocery requests with precision.
• Package products according to Whole Foods Market quality standards.
• Ensure Prime Now customer orders are processed efficiently and on time.
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the purchasing process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve program objectives.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining store inventory as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 16 years or older.
• Strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks.
• Basic computer literacy for using store systems and order platforms.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, or fulfillment roles.
• Familiarity with online grocery ordering systems and packaging standards.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold storage environments.

Work Schedule and Employment Type:

• Part-time position, up to 24 hours per week.
• Flexible scheduling including potential weekend shifts.
• Shift times may vary based on store and delivery demand.
