A new member is being recruited to join the Meijer family! As we continue to expand, we require an entry-level team member to step into the role of Merchandise Stock Associate. Their responsibilities will include various retail tasks connected to products, customer service, pricing, inventory oversight, and merchandising, as well as collaborating with colleagues and supervisors for extra tasks.

This position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude.This entry level team member position will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.

Responsibilities of Merchandise Stock Associate:

• Building trust and understanding with customers is imperative.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Assist individuals in resolving their inquiries and facilitating the transfer to an alternate team member as required.
• Implement and maintain display setups according to merchandising policies and standards for a cohesive and appealing shopping experience.
• Apply technological resources to wrap up activities and tasks in an expedited fashion.
• This job opening is relevant for the Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral departments.
