Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Packager:

• Cut meat pieces according to the desired requests of patrons while upholding high-quality expectations.
• Manage the layout and stocking of display cases to maintain product availability and aesthetic appeal.
• Package meat products with precision and efficiency while adhering to accurate labeling practices.
• Provide support to meat cutters by assisting in product readiness and maintaining work areas.
• Keep work areas and equipment hygienic and neat.
• Improve customer service quality by addressing queries and providing information on products.
• Make sure to follow both the company's guidelines and the necessary food safety measures.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Packager:

• Although having a background in retail or food service is beneficial, it is not a compulsory requirement.
• Possessing knowledge about meat products and following fundamental food safety practices can be advantageous.
• Skill in managing physical tasks like lifting objects and standing for extended periods.
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong resolve to uphold the utmost standards of product quality.
• Proficient in communication and a dedication to serving customer requirements.
• Ready to work non-traditional hours, such as weekends and holidays, as needed.
