Job Summary:

Join Wegmans' Restaurant Foods team and play a pivotal role in helping customers create delicious meals with the freshest ingredients. As a member of this dynamic team, you'll provide exceptional service, prepare a variety of hot and cold foods, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere our customers love.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with customers and address their needs promptly and effectively.
• Prepare, cut, and serve a diverse range of hot and cold food items.
• Package and assemble meals according to Wegmans' standards.
• Implement effective procedures for food preparation, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising to maximize sales potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
