Job Summary:

As a Meat Cutter Clerk at ShopRite, you'll Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment Clean and sanitize all work surfaces in accordance with Department Sanitation and QA standards Keep the floor clear of debris and spills Greet all Customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, slice, and prepare various types of meat and poultry according to customer requests and ShopRite specifications.
Ensure proper portioning, wrapping, weighing, and labeling of all meat products.
Maintain freshness and quality by rotating stock and following safe food handling practices.
Oerate and maintain meat cutting equipment (saws, grinders, slicers, knives) safely and efficiently.
