Role and Responsibilities:
Your job will involve managing the reception and placement of items, facilitating the movement of products, and upholding company protocols and safety guidelines.
- Carry out responsibilities associated with receiving and storing goods, including unloading shipments, verifying using RF technology, organizing products in assigned locations, overseeing cross-docking activities, and selecting flow-through items.
- Arrive promptly for scheduled shifts, dressed appropriately, and ready to work.
- Follow OSHA and Whole Foods standards when operating a powered pallet jack or forklift.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA and facility safety regulations.
- Report all accidents and injuries promptly to the Team Leader or Facility Leadership.
- Receive deliveries, confirm accuracy with the bill of lading, input data into warehouse management software, and prepare items for storage.
- Inspect incoming products to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Tag products accurately for storage after verification.
- Store items as required and maintain all relevant equipment.
- Manage the intake, arrangement, and selection of flow-through products accurately.
- Stage all cross-dock products appropriately upon check-in.
- Maintain organized and clean areas for receiving, recyclables, and waste.
- Load recyclables and other items onto trucks for shipping.
- Complete all inbound paperwork accurately.
- Attend all team and facility meetings as required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $39.60, depending on experience.
