Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify repair opportunities and maintain a safe environment.
Perform basic repairs, replacements, and maintenance on various parts of the facility, including doors, shelving, fixtures, plumbing, and restroom facilities.
Assist with painting tasks and minor in-house projects as needed.
Collaborate with the maintenance team and store leadership to execute preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot emergency issues.
Utilize basic computer skills for documenting maintenance activities and communicating with team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in mechanical or related fields.
Proficiency in mechanical and technical projects, including home improvements, remodeling, and general repair work.
Knowledge and safe use of power tools.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
