Job Summary of Cake Decorator:

This position focuses on decorating cakes and bakery products that delight guests and enhance their special occasions. The role combines creativity, attention to detail, and guest service to ensure bakery displays remain fresh, appealing, and of the highest quality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cake Decorator:

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, and other bakery items with artistic designs.
• Enhance product presentation to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with special orders and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Maintain well - stocked, fresh, and visually appealing bakery displays.
• Follow food safety procedures and keep accurate logs.
• Collaborate with bakery associates to achieve department goals.
• Support general bakery duties and maintain cleanliness.

Qualifications and Experience of Cake Decorator:

• Creative and artistic skills with a passion for cake and pastry decoration.
• Ability to deliver excellent guest service and meet custom order requests.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
