The Produce Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring fresh and appealing offerings for customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Produce Clerk is responsible for the proper stocking, rotation, and presentation of merchandise in the produce and floral department.

• Trim, water, and merchandise produce and floral items to maintain freshness and quality.
• Ensure products are properly rotated to minimize shrink and spoilage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department for customers and team members.
• Assist customers with questions about produce and floral items while delivering excellent service.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Attention to detail and ability to follow product rotation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail grocery environment.
• Customer service skills with a focus on product knowledge and assistance.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay range: $16.50 $19.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Information:

Superior will not inquire about or seek information regarding an applicant's criminal history until after a conditional offer of employment has been made.
