Job Summary of Warehouse Supervisor:

This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in a fast - paced environment. The position focuses on supervising employees, maintaining safety standards, optimizing workflows, and ensuring accuracy in all warehouse processes to support efficient order fulfillment and product handling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor:

• Supervise day - to - day warehouse operations including selecting, loading, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and storage functions.
• Manage and guide team members to meet established performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance development to associates in alignment with company policies.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators such as safety, retention, productivity, budget, and quality.
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits, promoting accountability within the team.
• Investigate accidents and document findings in compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment across all warehouse areas.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Supervisor:

• 2–5 years of warehouse experience, including prior supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing teams of 15+ associates preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and labor management tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
