Responsibilities of Bakery Assistant:

• Offer exceptional service to customers
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment by sanitizing on a daily basis
• Organize bakery items and assign appropriate labels for display
• Beautify bakery products for purchase and tailored to client demands
• Oversee oven operations Arrange baked goods on shelves Maintain an accurate record of inventory levels and report them accurately
• Offer assistance to customers as they navigate the store and carry out any other designated responsibilities

Qualification of Bakery Assistant:

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with others Good interpersonal skills Good verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail Basic math skills are required
• Previous experience is helpful but not required

Physical Demands of Bakery Assistant:

• Spending a considerable amount of time on foot each day, involving tasks like lifting, reaching, and bending, along with pushing, pulling, and twisting

Typical Equipment of Bakery Assistant:

• Implement baking appliances such as an oven, proofer, and bread slicer alongside knives and weighing scales
