Job Summary of Shift Operations Manager:

As the Shift Operations Manager, you are responsible for providing direction and support to Crew Members, demonstrating behaviors that result in exceptional customer service. Your role focuses on creating a collaborative environment, improving team performance, and ensuring the store operates effectively to contribute to the growth and success of the brand.

Bagging groceries with care.
Stocking shelves and receiving loads.

Qualifications of Shift Operations Manager:

Experience of three years or more in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors
Demonstrated leadership experience for over two years in management or supervisory roles
Obtaining a high school degree or its corresponding alternative
A retrospective on the progression of empowering individuals and teams while upholding integrity and ethical standards
