As the Shift Operations Manager, you are responsible for providing direction and support to Crew Members, demonstrating behaviors that result in exceptional customer service. Your role focuses on creating a collaborative environment, improving team performance, and ensuring the store operates effectively to contribute to the growth and success of the brand.

Qualifications of Shift Operations Manager:
- Experience of three years or more in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors
- Demonstrated leadership experience for over two years in management or supervisory roles
- Obtaining a high school degree or its corresponding alternative
- A retrospective on the progression of empowering individuals and teams while upholding integrity and ethical standards
