Kroger is seeking a Starbucks Staffer to deliver exceptional customer care and support daily operations within the coffee shop. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Starbucks Worker, you will deliver high-quality service and maintain smooth coffee shop operations. Responsibilities include:

• Enhance customer service experiences by providing friendly and prompt assistance
• Assist the coffee shop lead and department manager in achieving sales and profit goals
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment following company guidelines
• Follow established quality standards for beverages, food service, and customer experience
• Serve a variety of coffee options, specialty beverages, and food items
• Collaborate with the deli department and team members to provide exceptional service
• Replenish and arrange stock to maintain product availability and presentation standards
• Interact with customers, address concerns, and provide product and menu guidance

• Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities
• Compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Attention to detail while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food service, retail, or coffee shop operations
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
