Job Summary of Walmart Loader:

Join Sam’s Club and responsible for managing freight flow through manual and powered equipment. This role ensures timely movement, loading, and organization of freight while maintaining accurate records and a safe work environment during weekend shifts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Walmart Loader:

• Move and load freight manually and using equipment such as pallet jacks, lift pacers, and extendables.
• Identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight using warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scaers.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and forms related to freight handling.
• Keep work areas organized by stacking and moving empty pallets using appropriate equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications and Experience of Walmart Loader:

• No specific minimum qualifications required for this position.
• Preferred: Prior experience in freight handling or warehouse operations.
• Ability to safely operate powered equipment and manual tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.85 to $26.35, equal to or above the required minimum wage. Additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply depending on schedule, or specific duties.
