Job Summary of Dairy Crew Manager:

The Dairy Crew Manager is responsible for managing and operating the Dairy Department to maintain quality products, freshness, and top-notch customer service standards. This includes supervising employees, controlling inventory, ordering supplies, and enforcing proper storage procedures for freshness preservation

Responsibilities of Dairy Crew Manager:

• Verify the consistency between deliveries and their accompanying invoices, flagging any shortages or overages for notification to the relevant staff members as necessary.
• Tasked with supervising changes in pricing within the department.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels by utilizing proper ordering practices.
• Coordinate the rotation of products efficiently to control their freshness and eliminate expired items.
• Prolonging the duration of the price reduction for certain merchandise.
• Ensure that the responsible manager is notified of any temperature anomalies in the cases, shelves, and storage zones.
• Supervise impaired inventory by reporting damaged items and storing them appropriately for sales personnel.
• Maintain solid customer rapport to enhance the overall client experience.
• Acknowledge and greet each customer as they enter the store, and stay attentive while carrying out your tasks.
• Respect and honor the rules and regulations set forth in the Employee Handbook of the company.
• Convey goods to designated storage zones and sales displays.
• Keep shelves and cabinets orderly to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications of Dairy Crew Manager:

• Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds thirty percent (30%) of the time.
