Role and Responsibilities:

As part of the team, you will help strengthen customer loyalty by ensuring efficient operations and excellent service. Your responsibilities include:

• Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly with courtesy and professionalism.
• Provide product suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
• Stock and rotate department products to maintain freshness and proper date control.
• Use supplies efficiently to minimize waste and manage costs.
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe and accurate manner.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while reporting hazards or equipment issues to management.
• Report theft, shoplifting, unauthorized discounts, or other policy violations to management.
• Carry out other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
