Responsibilities of Meat Preparation Clerk:

Cut, trim, slice, and prepare various types of meat and poultry according to customer requests and ShopRite specifications.
Ensure proper portioning, wrapping, weighing, and labeling of all meat products.
Maintain freshness and quality by rotating stock and following safe food handling practices.
Oerate and maintain meat cutting equipment (saws, grinders, slicers, knives) safely and efficiently.
