Retail Merchandisers

Job Summary:

This role involves supporting retail operations by ensuring products are properly displayed, stocked, and tracked within assigned store locations. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment that enhances the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and display products according to company and brand guidelines.
• Perform inventory tracking, replenishment, and product placement within stores.
• Execute category resets and merchandising updates as instructed.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Work independently within assigned territory while adhering to company standards.
• Follow safety protocols and handle physical tasks responsibly, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for local travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
