In your capacity as an Associate Production Manager, you will support the Deli and Custom Meal Solutions Manager in managing inventory, ensuring correct pricing, conducting training, and overseeing operational processes that demand keen attention to detail. Responsibilities of Associate Production Manager:

• Greeting guests and proactively assisting them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely information
• Making recommendations and accommodating requests
• Managing order guides/ordering deadlines/reducing shrink/damage
• Properly receiving/stocking of goods that follow rotation standards when replenishing product levels
• Direct teams to handle, slice and prepare a variety of the department's meat, cheeses, and Convenient Meal Solutions (CMS) throughout the day
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job as well as through The Fresh Market's internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner

Qualifications of Associate Production Manager:

• Demonstrated proficiency in guest relations for a period surpassing three years
• Leading teams for a period exceeding one year
• Skill in using Microsoft Office software effectively
• The minimum age requirement is 18 years
