Job Summary of Meat Prep & Packaging Associate:

As a Meat Prep & Packaging Associate at ShopRite, you'll: Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment Check refrigeration equipment for proper performance regularly Report any failure immediately; Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department Report any equipment problems immediately Maintain sanitation control according to Company policy.

Responsibilities of Meat Prep & Packaging Associate:

Provide a courteous welcome to visitors and support them in making meat selections and answering any product-related questions.
Ensure that meat and poultry items are wrapped, weighed, priced, and labeled correctly based on ShopRite requirements.
To uphold product freshness, consistently rotate stock and maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked displays.
Adhere to specified protocols for food safety, sanitation, and hygiene to ensure the quality and safety standards are met.
