Job Summary of Product Order Coordinator:

The Product Order Coordinator is tasked with managing customer orders, whether received verbally or in writing and overseeing the procurement of items as directed by the department supervisor. Verifying the completeness and correctness of orders is essential in this role, as is upholding a positive corporate image by providing courteous, genial, and effective service to customers and coworkers. Responsibilities of Product Order Coordinator:

• Delivers timely, effective, and courteous customer support by showing empathy, consideration, and tolerance in each customer engagement and valuing customers as the top priority within the store.
• Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude, whether it is in the assigned department or any other location throughout the store.
• Strives to remember the names of customers and greet them personally by name when interacting.
• Guides clients to the products they seek, helps with hard-to-reach items, and assists with the lifting and lowering of heavy merchandise to aid in their shopping experience.
• Demonstrates quick responsiveness to phone inquiries by providing a pleasant and supportive customer service experience, which entails recording customer requests.
• Receives customer requests at the front desk.
• Engages in teamwork with coworkers to guarantee customer happiness and a harmonious work setting.
• Shows proficiency in observing and applying correct sanitation measures, maintaining a clean and organized work zone.
• Assesses the appearance and state of the food to ensure it is fresh.
• Gathers pizza toppings such as green peppers and onions for preparation.
• Places orders for bread from the bakery or alternative providers. Confirms the delivery of goods and checks the accuracy of the order. Commences the pre-baking process for pizza crusts intended for the pizza section.
• Ensures that the necessary quantity of product is readily available.
• Forecasts the daily product demands of the department and gets products ready, completes tasks, and restocks items when needed.
• Reviews dormant investigations and assesses the required components for replacing the product.
• Operates the registers in the department, processing payments, giving back change, and handling other relevant responsibilities.
• Ensures prompt disposal of garbage. Adheres rigorously to personal hygiene and dress standards outlined by the department and company.
• Abides by the guidelines established by the company and the unique rules of the store. Shows up for work as per the schedule.
• Processing the product order requested by the department manager.
• Prepares pizza dough and breadsticks on demand.
• Takes out the outdated merchandise from the packaging and restocks it with a new one.
• Offers assistance in different departments within the store as necessary.
• Executes supplementary tasks and unique projects as requested.

Qualifications of Product Order Coordinator:

• High school or equivalent experience and six months or less of similar or related experience.
  Must have the ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions; deal with a few concrete variables.
• Ability to do simple addition and subtraction; copying figures, counting and recording.
• Possess the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing.

Physical Requirements of Product Order Coordinator:

• Candidates should be physically capable of applying up to 20-25 pounds of force on occasion, up to 10 pounds of force regularly, and a negligible amount of force continuously to move objects.
• Visual demands involve having clear eyesight within distances that vary from under 20 inches to greater than 20 feet, regardless of whether corrective measures are utilized, along with the necessity for depth perception and a wide peripheral field of view.
• Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
