Store Manager

You will join the Store Manager team as the primary supervisor for the entire store location. Role and Responsibilities:

You will lead the store's operations by managing, training, and motivating the sales team to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-store and online.

• Maximize the financial performance of the store
• Achieve growth and sales targets through effective team management
• Train and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding service
• Create emotional connections with customers through engagement and communication during every shopping occasion
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely, following corporate policies and legal requirements
