Job Summary of Bakery Team Member:

The Bakery Team Member plays an important part in keeping the bakery department running efficiently each day. Responsibilities include helping customers, preparing and packaging baked goods, and maintaining a tidy, well-organized work area. We seek individuals who are personable, reliable, hardworking, and strong team players.

Responsibilities of Bakery Team Member:

• Deliver exemplary customer assistance
• Daily sanitation is necessary to keep equipment clean and safe for use
• Set up bakery products and mark them with suitable packaging for selling
• Embellish bakery treats for retail purposes and as per customer requests
• Control oven functions Stock bakery items on shelves Keep detailed inventory records and report counts correctly
• Support individuals with their shopping needs and handle any other assigned tasks accordingly

Qualification of Bakery Team Member:

• Being 18 years of age or older is necessary to comply with the regulation
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays
• Skill in adapting to and excelling in a quick-paced work environment
• Capacity to engage with others effectively Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal communication capabilities
• Showing exceptional care for specifics is vital. Having a basic comprehension of mathematics is required.
• Prior experience can be advantageous but is not a must

Physical Demands of Bakery Team Member:

• Being on one's feet for up to eight or more hours every day, performing activities like lifting, reaching, and bending, as well as pushing, pulling, and twisting

• Oven, proofer, bread slicer, knives, cooking equipment, scales Cardboard/Plastic baler, dishwasher
