• Assist customers by answering questions about products and offering useful suggestions for their needs.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines on restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a hygienic, structured, and safe checkout section.
• Validate the cash register balance and follow cash-handling protocols to minimize potential losses.
• Boost customer engagement by promoting Kroger services, programs, and discounts, encouraging participation and feedback through surveys and loyalty rewards.
• Notify the appropriate personnel about pricing discrepancies, safety concerns, and theft occurrences following company protocol.
• Foster teamwork within the store by aiding associates and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
