Role and Responsibilities:
As a Meal Prep Associate, you will:
Prepare, cook, and package ready-to-eat meals following recipes and company standards.
Wash, chop, and organize ingredients for daily production.
Ensure proper food handling, labeling, storage, and rotation to maintain freshness.
Maintain temperature controls, verify expiration dates, and dispose of expired or damaged products.
Operate, clean, and sanitize kitchen and prep equipment.
Keep prep stations, coolers, and work areas clean and member-ready.
Provide excellent member service by answering questions and assisting with food selections.
Support inventory management by stocking, rotating, and maintaining supplies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong attention to detail with commitment to food safety and sanitation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated areas.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, deli, or meal preparation.
Food Handler Certification (where applicable).
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 (based on experience and location).
Additional premiums of $0.35 – $3.00 per hour may apply depending on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.
