Dairy Support Associate

Job Summary of Dairy Support Associate:

To continue the dairy department's product rotation, pricing, and inventory. As part of their duties, a dairy support associate makes sure the dairy department's shelves, coolers, and displays are clean, well-stocked, and orderly. This position entails checking expiration dates, rotating products to maintain freshness, and getting rid of damaged or out-of-date things.

Responsibilities of Dairy Support Associate:

• Contribute to the unloading operations.
• Convey goods to allocated stock areas for inventory control.
• Properly label goods following the unboxing process.
• Meet tag allocation requirements to ensure store shelves are fully replenished.
• Aid in the development of store displays that draw in customers.
• Regularly change the positioning of perishable goods and promptly withdraw any expired products.
• Govern the quantity of damaged items.
• Ensure the assigned area is adequately presented before the end of the designated work shift.
• Comply with the established rules and regulations specific to each department.
• Welcome clients into the store and maintain a perceptive attitude towards their preferences.
• Uphold a tidy and presentable look by following the organization's dress code requirements.
• Comply with all established policies detailed in the official handbook for employees.
• Strategy for maintaining prices and ensuring protection.
• Tidying the sales and storage zones.

Qualifications of Dairy Support Associate:

• Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, maintain proper inventory level and ensure rotation of product.
• Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise in specific areas.
• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds at least forty percent (40%) of the time.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
