Job Summary of Crew Leader:

This opportunity is suitable for an enthusiastic team player with a strong interest in leadership and excelling in food service. Responsibilities include assisting in overseeing food-related tasks, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and delivering quick and pleasant customer service. The candidate assists in guiding the team, ensuring adherence to food presentation standards, and supporting the Store Manager in creating a positive environment for both guests and staff, in accordance with company values.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Leader:

• Offer a friendly salutation to visitors to create a welcoming space.
• Direct the coordination of food inventory, financial outlay, excess disposal, culinary techniques, and aesthetic display.
• Follow sanitation regulations and maintain cleanliness in the food service area.
• Fulfill food sales quotas for items such as pizza, breakfast foods, and beverages.
• Guide and advise team members on adhering to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Develop working relationships with third-party vendors to improve food safety monitoring and training initiatives.
• Manage stock levels effectively and ensure proper rotation of food items.
• Skillfully manage guest transactions while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Aid the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader with any additional duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew Leader:

• Applicants are expected to hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail or food service experience of at least six months is a prerequisite for this position.
• Prior retail, service, or restaurant experience of 1 year is recommended.
• While beneficial, a ServSafe certification is not mandatory.
• Skilled at fostering positive interactions with both guests and colleagues.
• Manifesting high levels of vitality, quick flexibility, and a united team approach.
