Responsibilities of Culinary Production Specialist:

• Oversee the manufacturing process for essential products in order to aid Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce sections
• Stay informed about the store's inventory and weekly promotional offers, working together with different departments to support customers with product selection and meal preparation solutions
• Validate the quality of our store items for our clientele by checking them for correct rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures, and documenting any essential details in reports
• Adhere strictly to The Fresh Market's established standards, policies, and protocols
• Ensure a professional presence by following the prescribed uniform guidelines
