Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in building customer trust and loyalty by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service. You will manage the customer service desk and media services in line with company policies, ensuring customer concerns are addressed efficiently or escalated when necessary. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers courteously, respond to their needs, and resolve or escalate issues professionally.
- Front-End Operations: Handle store cash and accounting functions, stay current on company policies, manage Automated Checkout Machines (ACM), and troubleshoot front-end equipment.
- Inventory & Stocking: Replenish front-end products and supplies, assist with merchandise pricing, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Professional Communication: Maintain professional phone etiquette, direct customers appropriately, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Safety & Compliance: Keep work areas clean and safe, report hazards or faulty equipment, and alert management to theft or policy violations.
- Additional Duties: Perform cashier responsibilities and other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately in English.
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain work authorization.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service communication skills for handling and resolving concerns.
- Familiarity with front-end systems and office equipment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
