Responsibilities of Merchandising Associate:

• Your position will involve various duties, from customer service to ensuring a pleasant and memorable shopping experience for our customers
• Harness your enthusiasm and knowledge of our products to help customers discover the ideal selection.
• Offer support with the in-store checkout procedure for clients who have shopped online and selected the option to collect their items in person.
• Keep up with merchandising, pricing, signage, and replenishment expectations for the sales floor.
• Engage in the unloading of trucks and dealing with freight as needed.
• Play a part in promoting a safe shopping setting.

Qualification of Merchandising Associate:

• Showing a can-do mindset and a resolve to enhance a cooperative, receptive, flexible, sincere, and polite setting.
• Prior knowledge of retail work is a bonus, though not obligatory.
• Excellent at managing time and communicating effectively.
• Aptitude for initiating a discussion.
• Sixteen years is the minimum age stipulated.
• Aptitude for lifting up to 40 lbs.
