Responsibilities of Grocery Courier:

• Ensures customers receive quick, effective, and welcoming service by showing care, attentiveness, and patience in every interaction, making customers the central focus of the store.
• Offers friendly greetings and smiles to customers, whether they are in the employee's department or other areas around the store.
• Endeavors to commit customers' names to memory and applies this knowledge to address them by name when appropriate.
• Works jointly with team members to ensure customer happiness and a comfortable work environment.
• Transports goods to customers, receives payments, and gives back change during transactions.
• Cash refunds and initial cash amounts are handed back to the store.
