Role and Responsibilities of Pastry Baker:

• Produce baked items, including bread, cookies, pastries, and custom desserts, of exceptional quality
• Jazz up cakes and treats with original and precise ornamentation
• Employ safe and efficient practices when using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
• Uphold the standards for freshness, quality, and safety of food products
• Keep bakery counters and shelves orderly, neat, and stocked up with products
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer care
