Responsibilities of Pickup Associate:

• This role focuses on enhancing customer retention and contentment through exceptional service at the designated curbside collection point, ensuring prompt, amiable, and precise processing of orders and payments.
• Foster a constructive professional rapport with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Maintain a pleasant and amiable demeanor when interacting with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, while addressing their inquiries and requirements.
• Address customer concerns promptly by reaching out to management for assistance when necessary.
• Process the tasks listed on the dashboard and complete the necessary actions to fulfill orders scheduled for the day.
• Implement the selection procedure to choose items from the store and package them correctly in accordance with bagging guidelines.
• Abide by food safety protocols when storing items in the designated staging location.
• Welcome each client warmly and process their payment for the purchase to guarantee a smooth shopping transaction.
• Keep the workspace tidy and organized at all times.

Qualifications of Pickup Associate:

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Meijer store preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Process driven and ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
