• Welcomes and acknowledges customers with a friendly attitude, whether within the designated work area or other areas of the store.
• Makes a conscientious attempt to remember customers' names and uses them when interacting with them.
• Guiding patrons to locate specific products, obtaining hard-to-reach items, assisting with the transportation of heavy merchandise, taking into account and communicating customer input or desires, completing various tasks to elevate the shopping journey.
• Demonstrates quick and efficient telephone etiquette by promptly answering calls and delivering excellent customer service to individuals seeking assistance or wanting to place orders.
• Accepts orders from patrons standing at the counter.
• Efficiently works alongside team members to enhance customer experience and cultivate a comfortable work setting.
• Handles food safely and maintains a clean and organized work environment, regularly checking the quality and appearance of food to ensure freshness.

Qualifications of Cafe Crew Member:

• Less than high school or equivalent experience and six months or less of similar or related work experience.
• Must have the ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
• Deal with a few concrete variables.
• Ability to do simple addition and subtraction
• Copying figures, counting and recording.
• Possess the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
• Write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing.

Physical Requirements of Cafe Crew Member:

• Physical capability required to engage in moderate physical tasks: applying occasional force of up to 50 pounds, frequent force of 20 pounds, and constant force of 10 pounds for object mobilization.
• The clarity of vision is required for distances exceeding 20 inches but not surpassing 20 feet, whether or not corrective measures are used, as well as the ability to differentiate colors, gauge depth perception, and have a broad visual field.
