Role and Responsibilities:

As a Produce Stocker, you will support daily operations in the produce department and provide friendly, knowledgeable service. Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in the department manager's efforts to achieve the designated sales and profit targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards for all agricultural products.
• Create a well-organized and hygienic department that elevates customer satisfaction through enhanced service delivery.
• Manage the stocking, rotation, and presentation of fresh produce to maximize their freshness and appeal.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Aptitude in delivering exceptional service to customers in a rapid retail setting.
• Paying close attention to detail, particularly on product quality, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Exceptional skills in both communication and working collaboratively with others.
• Skill in raising, relocating, and arranging goods; upholding a secure work area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Obtaining a secondary education diploma or its corresponding alternative.
• Prior engagement in grocery, produce, or culinary services.
• Knowledge of how to care for and store fresh produce, applying FIFO principles to prevent spoilage, and setting up displays to entice customers are key aspects of working with fruits and vegetables.
• Competence in communicating across different languages.
