Bakery Clerk

Superior Grocers is seeking a Bakery Clerk to support the bakery department by maintaining cleanliness, product presentation, and providing excellent customer service. This role directly contributes to customer satisfaction and the store's financial success through consistent quality and service standards.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Bakery Clerk, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the bakery department.

• Perform sanitation and cleanliness duties throughout the bakery area.
• Maintain the presentation of the pastry case, cake case, and bakery tables.
• Review product pricing and ensure accuracy in compliance with company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to support store success and guest loyalty.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail when reviewing pricing and product presentation.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support bakery operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $16.50 $19.00 per hour.
• Additional benefits may be provided based on eligibility and company policies.
