Job Duties and Responsibilities of Night Crew Clerk:

• Get ready and arrange deli items for the upcoming workday, adhering to freshness and quality guidelines.
• Cut deli meats and cheeses, prepare packages, and correctly identify products with labels.
• Keep the workspace tidy and hygienic, which includes both the food preparation areas and the showcase displays.
• Ensure to examine the dates on products, regularly shift the stock, and discard any items that caot be sold.
• Adhere to all nighttime operational protocols for food safety, cleanliness, and store regulations.
• Strive to efficiently finish assigned duties either on your own or as a member of the night shift group.
• Help in arranging exhibits and getting the section ready for the start of the day.

Qualifications and Experience of Night Crew Clerk:

• Previous experience in a deli, food preparation, or retail setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Available to work during nighttime hours, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
• Understanding fundamental food safety and hygiene guidelines.
