The Online Pickup Manager is in charge of supervising the coordination, personnel, and ongoing activities of the store's online shopping retrieval and distribution services. Responsibilities of Online Pickup Manager:
- Offer quick, effective, and welcoming customer support, valuing customers as the top priority in the business.
- Customers should be greeted, inquiries about products should be answered, and service problems should be handled in person, on the phone, or via email.
- Manage the completion of online orders with close attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee new orders, distribute responsibilities, and adapt urgencies to adhere to set timelines.
- Educate newly onboarded staff and maintain a program for their ongoing learning about procedures and policies.
- Coordinate and supervise the timetables of personal shoppers and delivery drivers in the team.
- Enforce adherence to guidelines for food safety and appropriate temperatures for product handling.
- Ensure that you are following the company policies and adhering to the guidelines provided by the store.
- Offer assistance in different sections of the store as necessary and undertake any other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications of Online Pickup Manager:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and execute plans effectively.
